EPISODE 8: Our Summer Glow Guide 2025

Hello,

I'm so happy to see you again for this new episode of The Glow O'Clock , our Sunday meeting, this suspended moment to sow a little intention, inspiration, and balance 🤍

And this one is particularly close to my heart. Because this summer of 2025 is not a summer like any other.

For me, it's a transition : I'm finishing my studies, I'm graduating, and I'm returning to live in France after several wonderful years spent elsewhere. It's the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. And I want this summer to reflect that. Not just in appearance, not just for photos or to-do lists of unattainable goals... But for real. In the body. In the heart. In the mind ⭐️

What if you, too, felt like this summer could be different ? Not a summer of pressured perfection, forced productivity, or the "always more" hype we see everywhere on social media.

Because we know it: this obsession with " SkinnyTok ", with calories burned displayed everywhere, with the express transformation in 30 days... it exhausts more than it elevates.

What I'm offering you today is a guide to a complete summer glow . A glow that lasts. One that lasts beyond two months of sun. One that slowly but surely sets in, lasting all year long.

✨ 1. Physical Glow: The body's energy that supports the mind

The glow starts with what we don't always see: hydration . It starts from the inside out. Water, summer fruits, living foods that nourish the cells before nourishing the appearance. And then, of course, we moisturize our skin thoroughly; it's essential.

It's also about preparing your skin , gently, so that it welcomes the sun with radiance and health: dry brushing, gentle scrubs, vegetable oils, SPF... Not to smooth, erase or erase, but to take care of it.

And skin, in fact, is a field of expression right now. Colorimetry is exploding everywhere: learning the shades that illuminate us effortlessly, that respect us. Feeling enhanced, naturally, not to please, but to be yourself.

A trend I'm saying yes to this summer too: butter yellow ! I love it, I approve, whether it's from the manicure to the little summer dress.

And then move, yes. Not to "burn," not to "earn" your evening meal, but to activate the energy within yourself.
Pilates, yoga, long walks that clear your head... And of course, our brand new non-slip socks for strengthening sessions, the ones that remind us that we build, slowly, without forcing.

The idea? That the body becomes an ally and not a battlefield.

✨ 2. Mental Glow: Cultivate clarity, desire, gentleness

In truth, that's where it all begins. Because you can have the best skincare routine, drink 3 liters of water a day, do Pilates every morning... if it's not clear in your head , the glow won't follow. We're done waiting for September to make New Year's resolutions. Summer is here. And it's the perfect time to get back to yourself.

This summer, I want to simplify, to lay the foundations to feel good for the rest of the year, not just for July and August.

I want memories , not performances. I also want to disconnect a little from the useless TikTok scrolling, from the pressure of social networks. Making memories that matter, not boxes to check off in a goal book. I want to create simple moments that reflect me. My Pilates sessions with my socks on, my morning iced coffees, my notebook nearby to jot down my ideas, my plans for the year, spending time with my loved ones... Taking care of myself, inside and out.

And above all: remind myself that what I'm building this summer isn't a disposable "summer body" or a temporary to-do list. It's a version of myself that I want to cultivate all year long. A grounded, luminous, simple version. This summer of 2025 is a starting point , not a parenthesis.

💫 What I would like you to remember:

The glow you're looking for doesn't come from doing more. It comes from doing better. Less maybe, but more accurate. This is the summer where you take care of yourself because you already deserve it, not because you have to "become someone."
The summer where you watch your skin glow because you drank enough water, not because you skipped a meal. The summer where you wear the colors that make you feel alive, not the ones that "slim" or "widen." A summer made of real memories and where you put yourself in order, not control.

And you? What version of yourself do you want to meet this summer?

See you next Sunday,

Emmy 💕
